Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for pre-recorded courses, downloadable materials, and other digital products are generally not provided once access has been granted. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to the content, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a refund if a resolution is not possible.​

Exceptional Circumstances
