Book Launching Soon....

front cover.png

Over the past year, more and more people have been asking me the same thing:
“Can you just explain AI simply?”

Not a full course. Not hours of content. Just something clear, practical, and easy to understand.

And I completely get it.

Not everyone wants to sit through training sessions or watch long videos. A lot of the people I work with are busy - juggling work, home, and everything in between. They want to learn in a way that fits around their day. Something they can dip into on the commute, between meetings, or when they have a spare 10 minutes.

That’s exactly why this book exists.

It’s designed to be simple, practical, and easy to follow. No jargon, no overwhelm, and no need to “keep up.” Just clear explanations and real examples that help you understand how AI actually fits into your everyday work.

Because learning shouldn’t feel like another task on your to-do list. It should feel useful, manageable, and something you can pick up whenever it suits you.

Whats inside?

Inside the book, you’ll find a simple, structured introduction to AI that builds confidence step by step. Each chapter focuses on a specific area, making it easy to follow or dip in and out as needed:

  1. Let’s Make This Simple (For Real) – a reassuring starting point to remove overwhelm and build confidence

  2. AI Explained Without the Tech Talk – what AI actually is, in plain English

  3. AI in Your Workday – how it fits into what you already do (not one more thing to learn)

  4. It’s Not What You Ask – It’s How You Ask It – how to get better results with simple prompt tweaks

  5. Five Tiny AI Wins You Can Try Today – quick, practical ways to see immediate value

  6. Using AI in Word – your writing and editing partner

  7. Using AI in Excel – support with data, formulas, and analysis

  8. Using AI in PowerPoint – creating clearer, more effective slides

  9. Using AI in Teams and Outlook – reducing inbox stress and improving communication

  10. AI Gets It Wrong (And How to Spot It) – how to sense-check and stay in control

  11. Making AI Part of Your Routine – using AI naturally without overthinking it

Each chapter is short, practical, and designed to help you understand how AI fits into your real working day - without overwhelm.

Each chapter ends with a 'Try This Now' section and an accompanying QR with a PDF quick reference prompty guide.
