How it Works

There are two ways to train your team with Smart Skills Academy. Choose the option that works best for your organisation, or combine both for maximum impact.

Option A - Self-Paced Team Licences

Your team members access the course content in their own time, at their own pace. Every learner gets the full course experience - video tutorials, practice documents, walkthrough sheets, and a certificate of completion. Progress at their own schedule with lifetime access to revisit content whenever they need it.
 

Ideal for: organisations with remote or hybrid teams, busy schedules, or staff at different skill levels who need flexibility.

Option B - Bespoke Live Training

Gemma delivers tailored, live training sessions directly to your team via screen share. Each session is built around your organisation's specific tools, workflows, and challenges - not a generic syllabus. Sessions run for 60-90 minutes and accommodate up to 15 people at a time.
 

Ideal for: teams who benefit from group learning, hands-on demonstrations, and the ability to ask questions in real time.

Team Licence Pricing

All team licences receive 15-20% off the individual seat price. The more of your team you train, the better the value.

Team Licence Individual seat: £150, 20% discount: £125 per seat
5 seats: £600 - 10 seats: £1,200 - 15 seats: £1,800 

Microsoft Word Associate, Microsoft PowerPoint Associate, AI Essentials - Team Licence Individual seat: £120, 16.7% team discount: £100 per seat
5 seats: £500 - 10 seats: £1,000 - 15 seats: £1,500

Bespoke Live Training Pricing

Session setup fee: £200 Covers all backend preparation, session planning, and the creation of a bespoke training document tailored specifically to your organisation. This document is shared with every participant ahead of the session so your team can hit the ground running on the day - working through it step by step together in real time with Gemma. At the end of the session, every participant keeps their copy as a permanent reference guide.
 

The setup document is reused for all future sessions on the same subject - so your cost reduces every time you run the same training again.
 

Per session: £150 Each session runs for 60-90 minutes and accommodates approx 15 team members.

Every session is recorded. The recording stays with your organisation and can be used as a training library for new starters who join after the session, team members who couldn't attend on the day, and anyone who wants to work back through the material at their own pace. One session can deliver value to your team long after the day itself.
 

A three-session programme for a team of 50 works out at £650 in total - just £65 per person for tailored, live training from a Microsoft-certified trainer with NHS and UK Government experience.
